Coordinating and optimizing the Front- and Back-of-house restaurant operations. Including, controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency, daily financial reporting, general administration, taking reservations and problem solving. As well as the typical customer services, such as greeting and advising customers, promote positive customer relations and serving the tables.

Fullfiled my tasks as a waiter such as: Taking orders, serving food and beverages, checking in with customers, collecting payments, answering questions regarding menu items and performing cleaning duties.

My job as a translator in a refugees' residence was to connect the German working team with the residents, helping them integrate better into Germany, and understand how and where to complete the legal papers. I started here as a volunteer and later began to work officially.
